Recreating a Haunting Landmark: The Creel House LEGO Set
LEGO, a leader in licensed construction sets, continues its tradition of transforming iconic pop culture elements into tangible models. Following successful ventures with franchises like 'Star Trek' and 'Star Wars', the company is now venturing into the eerie world of 'Stranger Things'. A new 2,593-piece set meticulously recreates the Creel House, a pivotal and chilling location from the series, aligning its release with the show's grand finale.
Exploring the Frightful Features of the Creel Abode
Nestled in Hawkins, Indiana, the Creel House is notorious as the site of a horrific 1950s tragedy, where young Henry Creel wielded his psychic abilities to devastating effect. The LEGO rendition of this ominous residence is designed with an open-back structure, showcasing seven intricately furnished rooms. Builders can delve into details such as Henry's room and the distinctive grandfather clock, a symbol of the nightmares orchestrated by Henry, later known as Vecna, in the fourth season of 'Stranger Things'. The set also includes boards that can be added to transform the Gothic structure into its derelict 1980s appearance, mirroring its state during the show's timeline.
Characters and Iconic Accessories Included in the Set
While the actual black widow spiders that infest the Creel House in the series are absent, the LEGO set compensates with a rich array of minifigures. The collection features the entire main cast, alongside Henry Creel in both his unassuming Mr. Whatsit persona and his monstrous Vecna form. Additionally, fans will appreciate the inclusion of Steve Harrington's car, the WSQK radio station van crucial to the heroes' escapades in season 5, and a selection of other memorable accessories, such as Will's bicycle and Max's cherished Kate Bush cassette tape.
Availability and Exclusive Offers for Enthusiasts
The Creel House LEGO set will be available for purchase at $299.99. LEGO Insiders will gain early access on January 1, 2026, perfectly timed a day after the series finale's release. The general public can acquire the set from Lego.com and LEGO stores starting January 4, 2026. As an added incentive, shoppers who purchase the set within its inaugural week (January 1 to January 7, 2026) will receive an exclusive bonus: a complementary set featuring the radio station, complete with Joyce and Hopper minifigures, enhancing the collectibility of this special release.
