Unlocking Tigger, a beloved character, in the Wishblossom Ranch downloadable content for Disney Dreamlight Valley involves a series of engaging quests that build upon prior character introductions. Before embarking on Tigger's specific challenges, players must ensure that Maximus, Khan, Cruella, and Snow White have already joined their valley, and that the Pixie Acres region is accessible. Once these prerequisites are met, players can initiate the journey to bring Tigger into their vibrant community. The primary quest line, "Fun! Fun! Fun!," requires players to aid Tigger in crafting a special potion, participating in carnival mini-games, and ultimately building a new home for him in the enchanting Wishblossom Mountains.

The adventure to welcome Tigger begins with the "Fun! Fun! Fun!" quest, which becomes available after successfully completing the "Bounce Up, Never Down" and "Balloon Family" quests. Upon entering Pixie Acres, players will encounter Tigger, who immediately sets a new task. To help him create his unique potion, you'll need to gather specific items scattered throughout Pixie Acres. These include a dozen Grassy Ore, four units of Pixie Dust, four pieces of Honey Coral, and four Fairy Sprinkles. Once these ingredients are collected and brought back to Tigger, he will concoct the potion and imbue your Royal Pickaxe with enhanced power, enabling you to clear a 'STOP' barricade and enter a whimsical carnival area in Pixie Flats.

Inside the carnival, Tigger explains that a crystal key, essential for advancing, can only be acquired by earning tickets from three distinct mini-games. The first challenge is the "Test Your Strength" mini-game, located to the right of the carnival stand. Initially, a crucial bell is missing. Tigger reveals it's hidden near a broken glass sphere, specifically in front of an orange sign, obscured by "puffy white dandelions." After retrieving the bell, players must place it back onto the Strength Flower and use their Royal Pickaxe to strike it, thereby earning the necessary tickets from the carnival stand.

Next up is the "Catch the Lucky Lily Pad" mini-game, situated to the left of the carnival stand. Success in this game hinges on deciphering a clue found on a sign beside the pond, which indicates your 'lucky number.' When approaching the water, six lily pads will emerge. Players must select the lily pad corresponding to their lucky number—for instance, if three is your lucky number, choose the third lily pad from either end. Successfully reeling in the correct lily pad awards you more tickets, ready for collection at the carnival stand near Tigger.

The third and arguably most intricate mini-game is "Solve the Puzzle," found behind the carnival stand, up a gentle incline. This puzzle initially lacks a piece, which players must first locate tucked behind the puzzle's fence. Once found, gathering additional resources is required: eight Hardwood, two Honeycomb Stone, and ten Clay, all obtainable within Pixie Acres. These materials are then used at a crafting bench to repair the missing tile. Returning to the puzzle, players must place the fixed tile in its empty slot and then use their Royal Shovel to arrange all tiles so they display a blue background with Tigger's nose in light pink in the center. Completing this puzzle earns the final set of tickets.

With all tickets collected, they can be redeemed for the crystal key at the center of the carnival stand. After a brief interaction where Tigger expresses sadness about you potentially leaving, you reassure him of your continued presence. He then requests that you build him a house. Players can place the housing plans anywhere within the Wishblossom Mountains; many choose a scenic spot in Pixie Acres. Interacting with the designated sign and paying 10,000 Star Coins will trigger the "Welcome Tigger" screen. The quest concludes by speaking to Tigger once more at the fountain at the entrance of Wishblossom Ranch, officially marking his welcome to the valley and the completion of the "Fun! Fun! Fun!" quest.
